To Apply
M.E.M., M.S., or Ph.D. program applicants must apply online through "Apply Yourself."
This is the official Thayer School application for the M.E.M., M.S., and Ph.D. programs. The online application makes the process easier by allowing you to complete, pay for and securely submit your application and letters of recommendation online, and check your application status.
Applicants to the M.E.M. program who wish to be considered for financial aid must apply for financial aid concurrent with submitting their application for admission.
For Dartmouth A.B.s or Thayer School B.E.s only, please contact Candace Potter (csp@dartmouth.edu) before beginning the application process. All other applicants should follow the application instructions above.
Green Applications
In an effort to save resources and help our planet, we ask that you do not send us duplicate application materials.
Please read the instructions above and note that:
- It is not necessary to mail a hard copy of any portion of your online application.
- We need only 1 transcript from each university/college you have attended.
- We do not need duplicate test scores – we will ONLY accept official scores sent to us from ETS (Educational Testing Service).
