Participate in a Career Fair
Whether virtual or live, our Career Fairs bring together students and employers to increase engagement and to explore career opportunities. This year's on-site fair is on Thursday, September 29th and the virtual fair will take place in February 2017.

Post Jobs and Internships
Create accounts in Thayerlink and engIN to post job and internship opportunities. engIN, the engineering internship network, gives you access to exceptional students from Brown, Dartmouth, Lafayette, Smith, Swarthmore, Tufts, Union College and Olin College.
Whether you travel to Hanover (directions and accommodations) in person or use Skype, this is the best way to connect with a number of talented candidates in one day. We make the whole process easy through our online recruiting system.
Online access to the resumes of current students and recent graduates seeking internships or full-time positions is available in ThayerLink. We can also create a custom resume book to suit your needs.
Additional Opportunities to Engage with Our Students
From sponsoring student design projects to serving as a guest expert for our panels and workshops, we are delighted to help you meet and get to know our students in both formal and informal environments.
Job Offer Response Time
Employers must give students at least three weeks to decide whether or not to accept a full-time job offer, and at least one week to decide on an internship offer.
