Christopher Hu is Counsel with Blank Rome LLP, where he focuses on intellectual property litigation in the firm's New York office. Hu is an intellectual property litigator with extensive experience representing a wide array of clients, including major Fortune 100 companies. He has handled a number of notable patent cases in the areas of e-commerce, computers, medical products, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, consumer products, mechanical devices, and trade secrets.
Prior to joining Blank Rome, Hu was an intellectual property litigator with Dickstein Shapiro and Morgan & Finnegan.
Hu speaks frequently at industry events on topics such as the interaction between the Leahy-Smith America Invents Act (“AIA”) and litigation. He is also active on the board of directors of New York Lawyers for the Public Interest.
Hu received his J.D. from Columbia University, and his A.B. and B.E. from Dartmouth College and Thayer School of Engineering.
