Consulting Immersion Series: Current Student Panel Session

The Thayer Consulting Club is organizing a panel discussion where current students with consulting experience will be talking about the interview process and their internship experience.
Sarah Kokinos interned at Oliver Wyman over the summer, where she worked on an aviation project which focused on improving the repair process of a major airline.
Derrick Kuan also interned at Oliver Wyman where he worked on operations management helping a large national grocer track results of a price reduction program on key value items.
Yizhou Shen spent his summer at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants, Shanghai developing an e-commerce online and hotline delivery business channel for a national food company.
Jonathan Frisch spent the summer interning at Booz Allen Hamilton. He worked as an analyst for a defense contract, analyzing the healthcare systems of several African countries in order to monitor biological safety and security.
Graham Keggi interned at Lockheed Martin in a typical engineering role. He decided he liked management positions better and has now landed himself a full time job as a general management consultant at Oliver Wyman.

Consulting 101

Interested in a consulting job but don't know where to start?
The Thayer Consulting Club is hosting "Consulting 101" where we will be having Mr. Jeremy Wertzer and Mr. Alex Duff from Tuck School of Business give an overview of the consulting industry and discussing the skill sets required to pursue a career in the field.
Mr. Wertzer worked at Cornerstone Research, one of the largest financial advisory firm in the US and recently concluded a summer internship at Bain and Co.
Mr Duff worked as a Senior Specialist at Merrill Lynch, before working at Conway Del Genio Gries & Co, a leading restructuring advisory, turnaround management and M&A advisory firm.
